Building Design Services are implemented in multiple phases forming the complete process comprised of several elements each of which create an important aspect of a full scale building project.

These Building Design Services Include Three Main Elements:

PreConstruction Planning:

Before the initial ground breaking ceremony it is important to develop a plan for success. This will serve as a map to guide the construction process from launch through completion. 

Designing & Building:

We take part in this process by sharing the clients vision of developing a unique stucture combined with all the functional parts that will work together to create an operational finished product as a whole. 

Construction Management:

Beginning with the permitting process we will handle all compliance issues while maintaing a clear line of communication between the client, our own team, and all subcontractors. We coordinate all aspects of the construction process in an effort to avoid disruptions in the daily routine while maintaining a safe working environment.
